At RelicWyrm, each item is sold as a finished product and all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason related to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Expecting a different look or feel

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Purchasing for someone else who no longer wants it

Each product listing includes detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the information provided. Contacting us does not guarantee a replacement or refund.

Handmade Variations

Our products are handmade, and slight variations in texture, color, or detailing are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

Unauthorized Returns

Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
